Cake and Filling Flavor Options

Thank you so much for choosing us to be part of your special celebration! Before booking, please take a moment to read our custom cake policy.

It helps us make sure everything goes smoothly.

To book order, we require 50% deposit of the total of your order. We recommend to reserve your space, minimum three weeks before your event. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The deposit can be applied to a future order within 6 months if you choose to cancel your original order (see cancellation terms below).

We accept cancellations for custom orders only with a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the event date.

A $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled custom orders.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will forfeit the full deposit and may be subject to additional costs depending on the progress of your order.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed-upon date (usually 7 days before pickup or delivery).

Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

If you need to reschedule your cake order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Delivery service is available
